By accessing or using our website at www.nationalurns.com.au, or placing an order through our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Products
We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of many products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where product information, including prices and promotions, has been published in error. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment in full.
All purchases are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Orders
You will receive an email confirming your order after checkout. Our online store uses guest checkout, so please make sure the email address, phone number and delivery address you provide are correct. We will use them to contact you about your order.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver within Australia only. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund (see our Returns Policy).
Returns & refunds
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change-of-mind returns of eligible, unused items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items that have held ashes or remains, and custom or personalised items, cannot be returned for change of mind. See our Returns Policy for full details and how to start a return.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of National Urns or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or any products purchased, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites and do not endorse them.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on our website and do not affect orders placed before the change.
