Please be aware that freight charges are not included in the wholesale prices. These charges are separate and are the responsibility of the wholesale client, to be paid upon the receipt of the order.

No account or registration is required to place an order with us. To make a purchase on our site, select the urn you wish to buy, choose the desired size, and proceed through the checkout procedures. Simply follow the steps to complete your order hassle-free.

Customers within Australia can choose from the following payment options:

1. PayPal: Make a fast and secure payment through PayPal online using your credit card or bank account. This method ensures a safe and secure transaction. All transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD$).
2. Direct Deposit: Direct Deposit details will be provided to the buyer during the checkout process. Please allow 3-7 working days for processing. Ensure you include your invoice number and name on your transaction details.
3. Credit Card: We accept VISA and MasterCard through eWAY Credit Card Processing, an e-commerce solution from eWAY with full PCI Compliance. This allows you to make credit card payments 24/7.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

Your products will be dispatched once payment has cleared into the specified National Urns bank account. Please note that National Urns reserves the right to decline any payment believed to be fraudulent.

For international customers, we accept online payments through PayPal using credit cards only. All transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD$).

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item within 5 days from the receipt date, you may return it in its original, unused condition along with a copy of the order. We will then refund your money, excluding the delivery cost. Please note that return postage costs cannot be covered by us. When returning the item, use registered mail as Memorial Urns Australia cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or discrepancies during transit. Ensure you retain proof of postage. We allocate a handling time of up to 48 hours to dispatch your item, and it will be shipped once we receive full and cleared payment. Please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 3-10 business days within Australia.

International orders will be shipped via airmail, and the associated costs will be covered by the buyer. Prior to finalizing your order, you can calculate the freight and handling charges for overseas shipments, and they will be invoiced accordingly. The shipping price will include insurance, and it is imperative that the goods are signed for upon receipt.

We utilize Australia Post or Courier as our preferred delivery service provider, ensuring that your parcel is traceable in the unlikely event of loss. This service is provided at no cost to you, offering increased security for your item and potential compensation in case of loss. If you prefer Registered mail, kindly specify this in the comments box during the checkout process.

It is crucial to thoroughly inspect your parcel for any damage incurred during transit BEFORE signing for it. If transit damage is evident upon signing, the insurance coverage is invalidated. While we take utmost care in packaging, it’s important to note that Memorial Urns Australia cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or discrepancies occurring during transit.

Cloisonne is a unique art form that originated in Beijing. Each urn is individually hand-crafted so each urn will be unique in design and colouring creating sophisticated and extraordinary works of fine art. Cloisonne Cremation Urns are created using an intricate metalworking process and multiple layers of fired enamel over copper or brass. Model Hammering: The process is to form copper pieces into various shapes with a hammer according to a design, joining them under high temperature. Filigree Welding: In filigree welding the artist pinches and curves copper filigree into delicate flower patterns, pasting them onto the copper molds. Possibly the most challenging step of the procedure, heating to 900 degrees centigrade, firms the metal. Enamel Filling: Through this interesting procedure, the cloisonne wears a coloured wrap. Handicrafts specialists fill enamel glaze into lattices formed by fine-spun filigrees. Just one filling is not enough – the filigrees extrude, and the surface is dull. They have to fuse powdery glaze in the smelter at 800 degrees centigrade, then take the object out and repeat the process three or four times until its surface becomes smooth.

Determining the quantity of ashes you will receive from a funeral crematory can be challenging due to variations in cremation processes among different services. Additionally, factors such as the deceased person’s bone structure, age, height, and sex play a role in determining the size of the urn needed.

Typically, our large adult urns have a volume capacity ranging from approximately 200-220 cubic inches (3.0 – 3.4L), which is suitable for holding the ashes of an adult. We offer exchanges if you require a different size urn, provided it is unused and returned in its original condition. Alternatively, we recommend opting for the next size up if you are uncertain.

For average-height adults (152 cm-180 cm), a 200-220 cubic inch / 3.1 – 3.5L cremation urn is appropriate. Tall adults (182 cm and above) may require an urn with a volume of 220 cubic inches / 3.6L.

This is a general guide, and we advise contacting your crematorium or funeral director to confirm the exact size of the urn you need to purchase.

Our keepsake collection is crafted to accommodate token ashes, with a capacity ranging from approximately 35 to 50ml, equivalent to 2-3 teaspoons of ash.

For those who prefer to scatter their loved one’s ashes in a meaningful location yet keep a memorial tribute, these keepsakes are an ideal choice. They are particularly well-suited for family members who wish to distribute a portion of their loved one’s ashes among siblings or relatives.

Additionally, our keepsakes are suitable for pre-term babies between 17-24 weeks gestation, depending on the style of the urn.
